Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
